John Ross Bowie and Kevin Sussman, aka Kripke and Stuart from Big Bang Theory, hard at work on the voices for the animated comedy Dark Minions. They also created the show, which is on the Amazon Studios Development Slate. Look for the pilot to debut later this year at Amazon.com.

More German metal brilliance: Atrocity covers Bowie’s “Let’s Dance”.

Oh man, it turns out that Atrocity has recorded two full albums of 80’s covers. This one is offalbum, Werk 80, and it fucking awesome!

I was in my car when The Eurythmics’ “Here Comes the Rain Again” came on my iPod. It got me thinking that I’ve never heard a cover it, and that it was a song that was deserving of new interpretations.

So, once home I went to Youtube to look for covers, and found one that is almost everything I’d hoped for as a re-interpretation of this iconic song. I say “almost” as the singer’s vocals leave a bit to be desired, though the driving guitar backed by the orchestral strings save this song from being a mere also-ran like a couple of the other versions I heard.
